Dear Member, Dear Friend,
Following President Emmanuel Macron’s and Prime Minister Edouard Phillippe’s recent announcements, we at PWN Paris would like to share with all of you how we plan to continue to support the PWN Paris community through these challenging times.
The values of kindness, boldness, collaboration and respect which are central to the DNA of PWN Paris are particularly precious in these uncertain times.
Now is the time to support each other, to be altogether as a network. We are facing the difficult challenge of combining professional, family and personal lives in times of Covid-19 crisis. As an association, our desire is to provide concrete solutions to help and support you.
In line with governmental recommendations, all PWN Paris in-person events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice (we will of course reimburse the costs for cancelled events and confirm shortly about the ones that have been postponed). We will however be offering alternative formats such as discussion groups, interactive workshops... and more to come. To maintain contact and to keep providing you with supportive forums for exchange with your peers, much needed in these times of change and concern.
To begin with, we have decided to dare and continue to accelerate and develop women’s careers by making use of the new technologies.
We are launching our first interactive online workshops this week:
Click on the links above for further details of both events - we invite you to sign up and join us for this new online initiative. Thanks to the teams who have adapted their approach overnight - do come and support them.
Other virtual workshops will follow, so that even in these difficult times we can help you enrich skills, posture and knowledge. And be together. We are sure that our collective intelligence and agility will allow us to find new ways to always go forward.
You may ask be asking yourself why pursue professional networking activities in these times of pandemic? We strongly believe that it is in such challenging times we must stick together and share best practice. And that it is in times of limited contact and stress that we need to nurture connection. We are thinking for instance of those of you who are entrepreneurs or self-employed, we are all here to support each other in these difficult times.
Please check the full listing here for the current status of all our events. We are closely monitoring the developments and we will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
Of course, we are here to answer any question you may have, please do not hesitate to contact us.
