From human resources to human beings: How each of us designs the way work is done.
By design, organisations should enable performance and contribution. But we all see around us too many organisations that end up becoming places where people feel rather disengaged, stressed and overworked.
Why is this happening? Is it possible to design organisations differently? How? Who actually does this different design?
Organisations can be systems that enable us to fulfill our human potential and, in doing so, create endless opportunities to perform and contribute. Recent findings in Neurosciences and Psychology move this topic from theoretical debates into a very pragmatic and actionable field of solutions.
In this workshop I will briefly introduce the relevant concepts based on recent studies in what drives human behavior and then move to what actually each of us can do in order to transform the way we work.
