PWN Paris Newsletter September 2019

Dear Members,

After a well-deserved break, we wish you a very dynamic rentrée with many business and networking opportunities to capture and convert. PWN Paris proposes you as usual a very dynamic agenda to open your mind, become more and more agile and build your own network. 

End of August during the G7, President Macron announced his ambition for France and beyond to fight inequality. This is an huge opportunity for all of us at each level, in every economic sector to become an actor of change, to tackle injustice, to beat the stereotypes, to break the glass ceiling, to propose rôle models and new ways in order to develop and accelerate women’s careers. The Pacte law gives a unique opportunity for companies and organizations to reveal talents, to build inclusive strategies to embrace differently the customer’s experience.  

Last June, PWN Paris opened memberships to men as ambassadors of mixity to boost women’s carrer. Because it is important to go ahead together, important to not build in silos, important to avoid defiance. It is time to find new ways at indivual level and also at economic and social level. Together we can a lot, remember Mahatma Gandhi's motto « Be the change that you wish to see in the world ». 

With passion, conviction and pragmatism, we continue to reinforce women’s economic and social sphere. Thanks to all of you for your continuous support, thank to all the volunteers who enrich PWN Paris network, a warm thank you to all the vice-presidents and our Advisory board. Thanks for your trust, together we can approach our future with confidence.
