Paris – 10 avril 2017

The Women in Transition team is very pleased to announce that one of its member, Vanessa Champion, has just signed a permanent term contract (CDI) with French insurance company SCOR as Cost Control Consultant as of mid-March 2017. She discovered the PWN Paris association thanks to a friend and quickly decided to join the network, and in particular the “Women in Transition Parcours”, through PWN Paris website.

She attended different evening sessions organised by Martine Van Went & Catherine Brennan. She was quickly impressed and very delighted regarding the format, the tone and the methods introduced during these professional network sessions: mixing theory and practice, with coaching interventions in a cozy and professional context. 

Vanessa really appreciated the positive attitude, the good energy, and all the kindness and respect amongst the members of PWN Paris. She confessed that it’s helped her to fight her doubts and helped her answer questions regarding her personal and professional needs at this point in time.

The “Women in Transition Parcours” helped her to develop her self-esteem and confidence, which is important in finding and starting a new job. During her job interviews, she highlighted her 10 years of experience, her initial and complementary training (DECF Master 2 in finance and accounting + executive MBA in Insurance) as well as her networking skills and her flexibility to be operational within few days. Now she is fully dedicated to reaching the objectives of her new job.  She has also decided to dedicate a few hours as soon as she can to develop and launch her start-up project, which will give her a good balance within her different activities.
