Nathalie Colin - I am a coach, speaker and trainer specialized inauthentic leadership. There’s a strong belief it is not possible to show up as we truly are in our jobs. And many managers try to fit with their perception of who a leader should be. My mission is to help my clients understand the more they are connected to their true self, the more impactful they are as leaders. And it all begins with a deep knowledge of our original identity and the release of strong beliefs about ourselves.
After 25 years as a manager in international companies, I founded my own company to support teams and individuals in developing their potential in both the personal and professional spheres. I believe in the power of the collective energy and especially of sorority. That’s why I have chosen to integrate the PWN Professional development team.
Certified in executive business coaching accredited by the ICF and in positive psychology, I play with ease and joy between different approaches: systemicanalysis, symbolism (photos, drawings, cristals),meditation, humour, rituals and energies. I help you connect to your intuition and creativity so that you dare live as you truly are and feel accomplished at work and at home.
