Our AGM will be held on 12th of June, from 7:30pm following the Annual CONGRESS 2018 at Hôtel de l'Industrie

The agenda of our AGM is as follows: 

• Report by the President: presentation and discussion
• Treasurer’s and audit report: presentation and approval
• Election of new members of the Governing Board: presentation of electronic votes’ results and of the candidates newly elected.

We ask you to register to this event to confirm your attendance no later than close of business (7pm) on 10th June.

Should you not be able to join us on 12th June, we herewith enclose a delegation of voting rights to be returned also by close of business (7pm) on 10th June, to our General Secretary, Catherine Brennan cdelpicotbrennan@gmail.com:
