Eric founded EKAPARTNERS in Summer 2014. He has two decades of M&A and financing advisory experience, mostly in cross border transactions.
Prior to founding EKAPARTNERS, Eric was a Managing Director at Leonardo & Co. (now Natixis Partners) notably in charge of the global Consumer & Retail practice. Before Leonardo & Co., Eric was a Managing Director at Rothschild & Cie where he spent 14 years. Covering different industries, he dedicated a greater focus to Consumer & Retail and was a member of the Rothschild-Rabobank Executive Committee. Eric started his career at Banexi (BNP), in Milan and in Paris, in the Financial Engineering Department.
Eric has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Paris Dauphine University and a Master’s degree from EM Lyon business school. He is fluent in English, Italian and French.
Over his career, Eric has worked on a large variety of transactions, including sell and buy-sides, cross borders or domestic transactions and debt restructuring.
He has a long-standing experience of dealing with iconic brands, being either Business-to-Consumers (Yoplait, Unilever, Lactalis, The Coca-Cola Company, Sandro Maje, Maisons du Monde…) or Business-to-Business (Schneider Electric, StudioCanal, Legris… )
His clients include entrepreneurs, family-owned groups and family shareholders, corporates and private equity houses.
