Pascale is an experienced global Healthcare leader with nearly 30 years leadership in Pharma, MedTech
and Diagnostics; a former CEO of a major GE healthcare business, and a former Executive Vice-President
of Sanofi, with multi-$Bn P&L responsibilities.
Pascale was a Member of the Sanofi Executive Committee from 2013 to 2016, where as EVP, she headed
the Pharma & Consumer Healthcare Divisions and later the global Diabetes & Cardiovascular business.
She has been an industry’ thought leader in patient centric, integrated care, leveraging the convergence of
Technology & Digital Health with Science to improve health outcomes.
Pascale was President & CEO of GE’s fully integrated $2Bn pharmaceutical business (previously
Amersham Health) from 2009 to 2013. She joined GE Healthcare in 1996, where she held a series of
leadership and P&L roles - in Diagnostic Imaging Equipment until 2008.
Pascale started her industrial career with Becton Dickinson Pharmaceutical Systems (1991-1995), after 2
years as a PhD student in Molecular Biology.
Today, Pascale heads up PWH Advisors, a strategic consultancy firm servicing healthcare and investment
companies. Pascale also serves on the board of Fresenius Medical Care (FME); Regulus Therapeutics
(RGLS), Horizon Pharma (HZN) and Savencia (SAVE), as well as the boards of the not-for-profit Global
Alzheimer Platform Foundation, and the French American Foundation France.
Pascale has a MSc in Biochemistry from INSA Lyon, and an MBA from INSEAD. She is French, and has
lived her professional life in France, the US and the UK.
