Isabelle Crombez succeeded, as senior executive, in several positions within Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi and Bull companies (CFO, CPO, Alliance Board Economic Advisor...) during which she developed strong leadership, operational performance and team management competencies. 

She has been engaged in diversity, gender equity and women leadership for several years, in both professional and associative environments, and decided a few years ago to focus on leaders' development through the firm she founded, ICM&C, specialized in executive coaching and mentoring.

Isabelle earned a MBA from Kedge Business School, Bordeaux and is certified in Executive Coaching.
