With an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and more than 10 years of experience in executive coaching, Georgeta Dendrino has been for the second year in a row, one of the coaches of Cartier Women Initiative Awards; she coached the North America award winner for 2017 and the MENA award winner for 2018.
As an entrepreneur, she leads Interact, one of the top training and consultancy companies in Romania. She has more than 21 years of experience in the field of training and consultancy and more than 10 years in coaching with clients across all the major industries and different countries. She has developed various business simulations and teambuilding programs, working with major industries such as banks, construction, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, FMCG and oil.
